Uhm, so it basically just fires the remoteevents in replicated storage with an infinite number by calling :Fireserver(math.huge), so yeah, in simple words that how the inf stuff works. His game didn't have an anti-cheat to pervent exploits lol. You can use this in basically any of his games.
